Starchitect Rem Koolhaas’ One Park Grove Debuts New Interior Renders

One Park Grove, the first and most boffo of the three ultra-luxury Park Grove residential towers designed by Rem Koolhaas in Coconut Grove, has released new interior renderings of the building’s public spaces as well as individual units.

One Park Grove, the first and most boffo of the three ultra-luxury Park Grove residential towers designed by Rem Koolhaas in Coconut Grove, has released new interior renderings of the building’s public spaces as well as individual units.

The interiors are being done up by NY-based design firm Meyer Davis Studio, which is also doing a restaurant on site for celebrity chef Michael Schwartz (not pictured). The Meyer Davis designs soften Koolhaas’ much harder lines, with warm tones, foliage, fabrics, and sculptural light fixtures. The 28-story tower, being co-developed by Terra Group and the Related Group, has 78 units and is projected to be the most expensive building in Coconut Grove.
