This absolutely gorgeous, and very subtropical modern house at 3667 Park Lane in Coconut Grove, just off Biscayne Bay, has been on the market since September and is listed at $2.49 million. We don't know the identity of the architect for certain, but Alfred Browning Parker, one of the lions of Miami architecture who designed in this style, is a distinct possibility. Or, of course, it could be somebody inspired by him.

Built in 1982, the 5,135 square foot house has five bedrooms and five baths. Inside, vaulted wood ceilings, multiple levels, and a coral rock fireplace create dynamic interior spaces, while the freeform pool, patios, and gazebo, and a summer kitchen are nestled in the jungles of 'The Grove.'
